Kuljit Dhillon currently serves as the Interim Executive Director of Strategy and Insight at The Nursing and Midwifery Council, a position held since September 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Director of Strategy, Planning and Inclusion at the General Medical Council from August 2021 to September 2024, and serving as a Trustee at The Migration Museum during the same period. Between November 2018 and August 2021, Dhillon worked as Deputy Director at the Cabinet Office, following a tenure at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport where responsibilities included Head of Governance for the 2022 Commonwealth Games and several senior project management roles. From December 2006 to January 2013, Dhillon held various strategy and policy roles at the Government Equalities Office, notably leading the Independent Stern Review on public authority responses to rape complaints. Educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Applied Social Science from Kingston University.
