Sue Whelan Tracy

Sue Whelan Tracy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Council Member (Lay) at The Nursing and Midwifery Council and as Senior Independent Director at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust, Sue has previously held significant positions such as Stakeholder Advisor for the Independent Commission for Equity in Cricket and Trustee at ExtraCare Charitable Trust, where chairing the Nominations and Remuneration Committee was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes serving as a Commissioner for the Independent Police Complaints Commission and Non Executive Director roles at JDRF International and Moneyfacts Group plc. Sue's earlier career features various senior management roles at Barclays UK Retail and Business Bank and Barclays Corporate Banking. Sue holds a BSc Hons in Physics from Imperial College London and completed a program at Harvard Business School.
