Tania Easton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education and strategic operations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Nurture Higher Education Group since May 2020, Tania leads the organization's professional service functions and oversees policy development and compliance. Tania has previously held various consultancy and leadership roles, including Academic Registrar and Associate at Hardcastle & Associates, and has a strong background in project management, accreditation, and quality assurance from positions held at Kingston University, where responsibilities included faculty planning and maintaining business school accreditations. Tania's diverse expertise spans areas such as strategy development, alumni relations, and operations management, complemented by earlier roles in scientific writing and project support in the public sector. Tania holds a BSc in Human Biology from Kingston University.

Formed in January 2017, the Nurture Higher Education Group focuses on the crucial intersection of learners, educators and employers. We are the creators of the Global Academy at Siam University, Bangkok, Thailand and provide Higher Education development services focused on internationalisation and enhancing the interaction of learners, educators and employers worldwide.
