Mary Squires Sample is an experienced educator and fitness professional with a diverse background in tutoring, transcription, and health coaching. Since February 2018, Mary has worked at Nurturing Wisdom Tutoring, focusing on academic support and test preparation for students of all grade levels. Concurrently, Mary has been a freelance transcriber for Rev.com since May 2019 and has taught English to young learners at Qkids starting January 2018. Mary's fitness expertise includes roles as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at Lake Bluff Park District and Gurnee Park District, where wellness programs and fitness classes are designed for various clients. Additional experience includes managing a sales team at Wisma and previous roles as a fitness instructor at other local studios. Mary holds a BA, cum laude, in Psychology and Sociology from Loyola University of Chicago.
