Shelly Bencuya

Shelly Bencuya has seven years of work experience, beginning in 2011. Shelly first worked as an HR Coordinator at Tesla Motors, followed by a Recruiting Coordinator role at Google. In 2013, they joined Ticketfly as an HR Generalist, then moved up to Senior HR Generalist and Manager, Human Resources. In 2017, Ticketfly was acquired by Eventbrite and they continued in the role of People Operations Manager. Shelly then moved to Interana in 2018, where they were also a People Operations Manager. In 2019, they joined Earnin as a People Operations Manager and then a Manager, People Operations. Shelly is currently a People Operations Consultant at Nurx.

Shelly Bencuya holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from UC San Diego and has studied at Università degli Studi di Padova.
