Kaycee Barber

Kaycee Barber, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as a Senior Employee and Labor Relations Specialist at Skagit Regional Health since April 2020. In this role, Kaycee manages four union contracts and provides expert guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and employee development for approximately 1600 employees. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Summit Pacific Medical Center, and various HR roles at Integra and Providence Health & Services. Kaycee's background is complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Clinical Physiology, both obtained from Central Washington University.
