Asih Wesika

Asih Wesika has a strong and extensive background in human resources management. Asih worked as the Director of Human Resources at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa from 2012 onwards, overseeing the implementation of a new HR system and productivity assessment. Asih also handled employee retirements and implemented succession planning strategies. Prior to this role, they served as the Area Human Resources Manager for Amanresorts Indonesia from 2003 to 2012, where they oversaw HR operations in multiple properties and managed industrial relationships with employees. Asih also acted as a mentor to HR Managers in the resorts and facilitated career growth opportunities. Before that, Asih was the Personnel & Training Manager at Amandari from 1995 to 2004.
