Bob Fessler

Bob Fessler currently serves as the Director of Project Controls at NuScale Power, leading technology development for Small Scalable Modular Nuclear Reactors since December 2011. Prior experience includes roles at CH2M HILL from 2005 to 2010, where Fessler held director positions in both the Energy and Industrial Client Groups. Fessler's earlier career features leadership in project controls at CH2M Hill Ltd and CH2M HILL-Industrial Design and Construction, Inc., overseeing cost and scheduling functions. Fessler also owned and operated Construction Control Technology, Inc., providing consulting services to a diverse client base. Early career experience included positions as a Senior Project Controls Engineer with J. A. Jones Construction Company and as a Cost Engineer with EBASCO SERVICES. Fessler earned a Master of Arts in Anatomy and Physiology-Physical Education and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of Florida.
