Elisa Fairbanks

Elisa Fairbanks, PMP, currently serves as Licensing Supervisor at NuScale Power, leading a team of licensing engineers on the US460 Standard Design Approval application. With a background in project management, Elisa has effectively overseen key projects such as certifying the first Small Modular Reactor design through the NRC, coordinating cross-functional efforts in licensing, engineering, and testing. Previously, Elisa worked as NSSS Engineering Work Planning Lead, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator at NuScale, along with roles in recruitment and finance management at Turn-Key Marketing & Promotions and Muddy Creek Charter School. Early career experience includes positions as a Technical Marketing Engineer at Agilent Technologies and Software Design Engineer at HP, where Elisa focused on user testing and implementing technology solutions. Elisa holds a B.S. in Business with a specialization in Management Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
