Trevor Smith

Trevor Smith is a skilled professional with diverse experience in project controls and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Controls Specialist III at NuScale Power since 2022, Trevor manages production planning for international licensing and plant operations, as well as scheduling for global projects. Previously, as a Project Controls Engineer at Syncom Space Services from 2020 to 2022, Trevor managed an $8.5 million project portfolio. In 2019, Trevor was a Project Manager at Balius Surfaces, where key contributions included integrating Procore project management software and enhancing estimating processes through 3-D modeling. Trevor began a career in deep sea construction as a Commercial Diver at Triton Diving Services from 2009 to 2017, specializing in underwater projects. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University.
