Michael Barabash

Michael Barabash is the current CTO at Nustay. Michael has also previously held the position of CTO at BETLAB and software architect / CTO at Luxoft. Michael has over 9 years of experience in the field of software development and architecture.

Barabash started their career as a senior .NET developer / software architect at Luxoft in 2011. Michael was responsible for leading the back-end development process and acted as an architect on a mission critical finance control project. The project was designed and implemented from the initial stage of gathering business requirements up to production.

In 2014, they joined BETLAB as the software architect / CTO. Michael was responsible for all aspects of the BETLAB lifecycle, including the CHANNELS and SPORTSBOOK platform product streams (about 100 people). Michael was also responsible for business and technical strategic planning, development practices and processes (CI\CD, MSA, ActorModel), and teams structure and motivation (BackEnd, FrontEnd, DevOps).

Barabash joined Nustay in January 2019 as the CTO. Michael is responsible for all aspects of the company's technology, including product development, engineering, and technical operations.
