Nathalie Gryba

Nathalie Gryba is the current Global Director of Executive Talent Acquisition at Nutanix. Nathalie has over 23 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on sales, marketing, engineering, finance, HR, and legal positions. Nathalie has a proven track record in all aspects of talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening candidates to leading recruiting teams.

Prior to their current role, Nathalie was the Senior Director of Talent Attraction at SAP, where they led the North America Recruiting Team and was responsible for recruiting for GCO & oCEO, including sales, pre-sales, value engineering & SAP Leonardo (IoT, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Big Data & Analytics). Nathalie was also the Lead for SAP U.S.' Military Veteran Recruiting and Hiring Outreach Program.

Before joining SAP, Nathalie was the North America & Latin America Lead for all recruiting requirements at Sybase (now an SAP company), as well as the Global Lead for University Relations and Early Talent Hiring.

Nathalie began their career as an Executive Assistant & Supervisor of Investor Relations at Cornerstone Imaging, Inc. before moving to Kyocera America as an Executive Assistant - Investment Banking.

Nathalie Gryba has a Bachelor of Arts from University of Phoenix and certification from Berlitz Languages school.
