Silvian Nanarjain

Silvian Nanarjain currently serves as the Global HR Technology Lead & Strategic Projects at Royal De Heus, responsible for managing the global HR technology infrastructure and overseeing the implementation of Workday as the new HRIS. Prior to this role, Silvian held various positions at Ingram Micro, including DigiOps Employee Platform Manager EMEA and Project Manager for HR in the EMEA & APAC regions, where responsibilities included platform optimization and HR digitization. Silvian's previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Director at ANAC Groep and Project Manager HR & Talent Manager at Nutreco, focusing on people development and global project management. Silvian holds multiple degrees from Radboud University, including a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.
