Prapti Rana

Prapti Rana has extensive experience in the Human Resources field. Prapti began their career in 2004 as an Administrative Assistant at Ongaro and Sons LLP. In 2007, they moved to Moss Adams LLP where they held the roles of Tax Senior and Tax Staff. In 2012, they joined SunLink as a Senior Accountant. Later that same year, they began working at Nutiva where they held the roles of Director of People & Culture, People & Payroll Manager (Head of HR), and Senior Accountant/ Senior Payroll & People Specialist. Currently, Prapti Rana is employed at Flourish HR as a Human Resources Consultant.

Prapti Rana obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Accounting and Finance from the School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University between 2003 and 2007. Prapti then pursued a Certificate Program in Human Resources Management from UC Berkeley Extension between 2017 and 2019. In July 2020, they obtained the Everything DiSC Workplace\u00ae Certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand.
