Becca Serenity

Becca Serenity has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Becca started their career as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems in 2015 and later became a Lead Technical Recruiter. Becca worked at LinkedIn as a Technical Recruiter for a few months in 2018 before joining Waymo as a Technical Recruiter. At Waymo, they also served as the Co-President of the Black@ ERG. In 2021, they worked as the Head of Recruiting at Skylight. Becca then moved on to Meta, where they held the positions of Sr. Technical Recruiter and Co-Lead of Plant Based Life@. In 2023, Becca joined Wellavi as a Life & Health Coach. Becca also worked at Yavapai College as an Instructional Operations Analyst and Assistant Women Basketball Coach. Currently, Becca is the Director of People Operations at Nutr, a wellness brand specializing in plant-based milks.

Becca Serenity has a comprehensive education history that spans multiple fields of study and institutions. Becca obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California in 2024. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Marketing at San Jose State University. Becca also holds another BS degree in Business Marketing, as well as a double major in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

In addition to their degrees, Serenity has pursued various certifications and diplomas. Becca obtained a Diploma of Education in Plant Based Culinary Arts from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and is a Certified Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Becca has also completed executive education in Leverage Diversity & Inclusion for Organizational Success at Stanford University and earned a Plant Based Nutrition Science Certificate from Cornell University.

Serenity further enhanced their culinary skills through the Rouxbe Online Culinary School, where they became a Certified Professional Plant Based Chef. Becca also received training in yoga teaching and is a 200 HR RYT Certified Yoga Teacher from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Becca'seducational journey started at Tolleson Union High School, although the degree obtained from that institution is not specified.

Alongside their formal education, Serenity has acquired several additional certifications.
