Purav Desai

Purav Desai has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to present. In 2015, they were an Intern at Anmol Antioxidants, responsible for sub-ordinating the plant head of their manufacturing facility, working in production, quality assurance, and quality control, and handling the Granular input Log. In 2016, they were a Student Assistant at Long Island University, responsible for check-in and check-out of books for patrons and students, collection of fines, and maintenance of students' library records. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Nutra-Med Packaging Inc. in various roles, including Inventory Control Specialist, Quality Assurance Inspector, Inventory Control Supervisor, and Manager of Procurement and Inventory Control. During this time, they initiated over 50 Change Controls for over 15 customers, articulated serviceable operational mandate and material requirements based on customer provided forecasts, and contributed to a 15% rise in overall efficiency. In 2019, they also worked at Aurobindo Pharma as a Senior Executive of Demand Planning, responsible for demand planning of 750+ SKUs for USA and Canada, monthly and yearly forecast analysis, and new business opportunity review.

Purav Desai obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from KLE'S COLLEGE OF PHARMACY in 2011-2015. Purav then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Drug Regulatory Affairs from Long Island University from 2015-2017.
