Shilpa Mahajan-Kulkarni

Shilpa Mahajan-Kulkarni has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Shilpa is currently working at Nutracap Labs as the Vice President of Quality R&D Innovation Supply Chain. Prior to this role, they held positions at Catalyst Nutraceuticals, where they served as the Head of Quality- R&D and Quality Manager, and played a key role in establishing and developing the Quality and R&D departments. Shilpa also worked at Samarpan Pharmaceuticals and SVM Enterprises Inc as an Advisory Board Member, where they were responsible for business development, project management, and client interaction. Shilpa has also worked at Tata Global Beverages as a Senior QA Technologist and at Naturally Vitamins and Marlyn Nutraceuticals as a Lead QA Chemist. Shilpa started their career at the University of Arizona and Oregon State University as a Chemistry Coordinator and Research and Teaching Assistant, respectively. From 1996 to 2001, they attended the University of Mumbai and earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

From 2001 to 2002, they attended Texas Woman's University and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Food Science & Nutrition, specializing in Product Development and Sensory Analysis.

From 2002 to 2004, they attended Oregon State University and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Food Science & Technology, focusing on Flavor Chemistry and Sensory Evaluation.
