Pascale Rats

Pascale Rats is an experienced professional in people development and human resources, currently serving as a People Development Manager at Nutreco since December 2016. In this role, Pascale contributes to the Global Talent & Development team by supporting local organizations and leading the global agenda for people development, while acting as a talent business partner for business leaders and advising the HR community. Prior to Nutreco, Pascale worked at ASR in various HR roles from June 2007 to December 2015, including HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions and Senior HR Advisor, focusing on organizational issues and management support. Pascale has also completed several professional development programs and held project management positions at ABN AMRO in the Transaction Banking sector from February 1997 to May 2007. Pascale holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Hotelschool The Hague.
