Wendy Doon has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles within the human resources field. Wendy currently serves as the Global Head HR Operations at Nutreco, where they are responsible for the development and implementation of the global HR operations strategy. Prior to this, Wendy worked as the Human Resources Director at Baker McKenzie, overseeing HR management and department operations. Wendy also held the position of HR Shared Services Director at Schneider Electric, where they established HR services and drove a standardized and digitized experience across 22 countries. Wendy has also worked at ING, serving as an Agile IT Manager and later as a Human Resources Director. Additionally, they gained experience as a Global Human Resources Manager at Omron Corporation and as a Coordinating Teammanager at BearingPoint.

Wendy Doon holds a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Personnel Management from the Institute of Social and Business Science NL. Wendy also has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Human Science and Psychology from Inholland. Wendy later pursued their MBA in Business Management from The Hague University/Academie voor Master & Professional Courses. Wendy participated in a Woman in Business program at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Additionally, Wendy has obtained certifications such as Digital HR Master Class from CrossKnowledge and Expert Scrum Master Certified (ESMC) from Xebia.
