Yuko Matsutani

Yuko Matsutani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management across various regions and companies. Currently serving as the Learning and Development, Talent Manager for Nutreco Asia and HR Business Partner for Nutreco Japan since June 2008, Yuko leads initiatives in Learning & Development and Talent & Succession Management. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager for Skretting Asia, Human Resources Manager and Talent Manager in Global Human Resources for Philip Morris Japan, and HR Generalist at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Yuko began a career in human resources at Marusan stock company in London as a Senior Clerk in Office Administration. Academic credentials include a degree from Kyoto University of Foreign Studies and a CLA from Besancon, France.
