Mathilde Caillault has extensive experience in the field of quality and food safety. Mathilde is currently serving as the Head of Quality & Food Safety at NUTRIBIO since August 2018. Previously, they worked at Danone Early Life Nutrition, where they held various roles such as Responsable Qualité Produits Poudres, Responsable Qualité et Sécurité alimentaire, Ingénieur Qualité Consommateurs, and Ingénieur Qualité Sénior from 2007 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Sodexo as an Ingénieur Qualité Produits Achats from 2000 to 2007 and at Nestle as an Assistante Qualité Usine (stage) from April 2000 to September 2000.
Mathilde Caillault attended the Ecole supérieure d'Ingénieurs et de Techniciens pour l'Agriculture from 1999 to 2000. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Industries agro and successfully obtained a CESIA.
