Barbara Borowski

Barbara Borowski is an experienced legal professional specializing in employment and compliance law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Nutrien since June 2014, Barbara previously held the position of Senior Counsel for Employment & Compliance at both Nutrien and PotashCorp from June 2014 to January 2018. Prior to that, Barbara practiced as a Senior Attorney at Seyfarth Shaw LLP from 2007 to 2014 and as an Attorney at Daley DeBofsky & Bryant from 2004 to 2007. Barbara holds a J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
