Greg Dice has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Greg started their career at Ceres Solutions in 1992 as a Professional Applicator. From 1997 to 2003, they worked at Crop Production Services in various roles, including Crop Consultant and Branch Manager. Greg then became the Manager of Operational Improvement and later the Marketing Manager at Crop Production Services. In 2011, they transitioned to another Marketing Manager role at the company and eventually became the Manager of Operational Improvement. In 2018, they joined Nutrien as the Procure to Pay Team Lead for Project Foundation, where they lead a team in improving work flows and organizational processes.

Greg Dice attended North Montgomery High School from 1987 to 1991. Greg did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during their time there. In terms of certifications, Greg obtained a Certified Crop Advisor certification from the American Society of Agronomy in June 1999. Additionally, they completed the ARA Management Academy program offered by the Ag Retailers Association in February 2010 and again in February 2012. Greg also completed Balmert Safety Training from Balmert Consulting in August 2016, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training from SBTI in August 2017. Greg has a Syngenta Disc Training certification from Syngenta, although the specific date of completion is not provided.
