Yousef Alipouri

Yousef Alipouri, Ph.D., P.Eng, is a Senior Data Scientist at Nutrien since February 2021, previously serving as a Specialist Data Scientist. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Scientist at Dogico Information Inc. from August 2020 to February 2021, where responsibilities encompassed various data science projects and anomaly detection in industrial video streams. Before that, Yousef held the position of Data Analytics Engineer at Dexcent for several months in 2020 and was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Alberta from August 2016 to March 2020, specializing in Process Control Engineering. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Control Systems from Iran University of Science and Technology (2011-2015) and an MSc in Control Engineering from the same institution (2008-2011).
