Clinical Rd/director Of Culinary Works at Nutrition Therapy Essentials

Paul Ladewig has a diverse work experience in the nutrition and culinary field. Paul worked as a Clinical RD/Director of Culinary Works at Nutrition Therapy Essentials since February 2017. Prior to that, they were a Chef/RDN at Bon Appétit Management Company from April 2015 to February 2017. From October 2010 to February 2017, Paul worked as a Chef/Bachelors of Dietetics at Heirloom Nutrition. Paul also had a role as a student at EMU from 2011 to 2014.

Paul Ladewig obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Eastern Michigan University, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts and Culinary Management from Grand Rapids Community College, studying between 1996 and 1998. Currently, Paul is pursuing a Master's degree in Food Business - Product Design at The Culinary Institute of America, and they are expected to complete it between 2020 and 2022.

In terms of certifications, Paul obtained a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in November 2015. Paul also holds a SERV SAFE certification, obtained in September 2012, although the institution that provided this certification is not specified.
