Christine Shontz has a decade of work experience. Christine began their career in 2011 as a Hostess at Traditions Restaurant. In 2012, they worked as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Things Remembered. In 2013, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Finance Accounting Intern at Lake Raystown Resort, Lodge, and Conference Center. In 2014, they were a Cash Control Supervisor at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. In 2015, they were an Assurance Industries Intern at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP. In 2016, they were a Senior Associate at Boyer & Ritter, LLC. In 2019, they were a Senior Accountant at Baker Tilly US. In 2020, they were a Senior Accountant and Implementation Associate at Compass East. Currently, they are a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Nutshell.

Christine Shontz attended Tussey Mountain High School from 2006 to 2012. Christine then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2016. In 2020, they began pursuing a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which they are still working towards. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Leadership Accelerator from Learning @ Morning Brew in November 2022 and People Advisor Certified from Gusto in May 2021.
