Ian D. Roffman

Ian D. Roffman is the Chair of the Securities Enforcement and Litigation Practice at Nutter. Ian was previously a Senior Trial Counsel at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from January 2001 to December 2007. Ian was also an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from January 1997 to December 2001.

Ian D. Roffman attended the University of Chicago for both their BA and their Doctor of Law (JD).

Ian D. Roffman reports to Michael E. Scott, Co-Managing Partner. They are on a team with Beth H.
