Aeysha Coetzee-Ismail

Aeysha Coetzee-Ismail currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Nutun, where responsibilities include shaping the strategic direction of the People function and enhancing organizational effectiveness through efficient HR processes. Prior to this, Aeysha held various leadership roles at Sigma Connected Group, including Director of People, where efforts focused on impact sourcing, recruitment strategy development, and improving employee retention through learning initiatives. Aeysha's extensive experience also includes time as Head of People and Head of Recruitment at Sigma Connected, as well as roles in recruitment management at Webhelp and O'Dwyer Personnel. Aeysha holds a Btech in Human Resource Management and a National Diploma in Human Resource Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
