Elizabeth Raynor

Elizabeth Raynor currently serves as a Senior Estimator at NuuCo Electric, a position held since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles as an Electrical Field Engineer II at Shimmick Construction and Senior Estimator at Kiewit, where extensive project bidding expertise in Alaska, Washington, and Oregon was developed. Early career experiences span various electrical positions with Elcon Corporation and other companies, including roles as an electrician and estimator. Elizabeth has attained multiple certificates in Construction Management, CAD for Design and Construction, and Building Information Modeling from North Seattle College, along with an AA Transfer in General Studies from Skagit Valley College.
