Alan Carter

Alan Carter is an experienced professional in the construction and estimating industry, currently serving as Sr. Estimator for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) at RES since May 2021. Previously, Alan held positions including Estimator II at RES, Assistant Estimator at North Houston Pole Line, and Utilities Construction Intern at Quanta Services, Inc. Alan gained valuable experience as a Project Assistant Intern at ICI CONSTRUCTION, INC., and as a Construction Supervisor Intern at PFG Construction, LLC. Alan earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, complemented by a Minor in Business, from Sam Houston State University.
