Michael Stinner

Michael Stinner is the current Head of CX & Operations at Nuuday. Michael has previously worked as a Division Head Cloud Solutions at Vectron Systems AG, External Advisor at Bain & Company, and Director Customer Experience and Operations, Managing Director Consumer Fixed at Tele2 Nederland.

Stinner began their career as an interim program manager at grünlicht. in September 2019. Michael was responsible for cross functional customer experience management, operations for mobile and fixed broadband incl. customer service, credit and collections and supply chain management.

In March 2017, Stinner took on the role of Director Customer Experience and Operations, Managing Director Consumer Fixed at Tele2 Nederland. In this role, they were responsible for leading multiple management teams with the goal to transform the organisation successfully delivering improved customer experience while lowering operational costs at customer service, billing and collection and supply chain management.

In August 2020, Stinner returned to Bain & Company as an external advisor. In this role, they were responsible for coaching and motivating staff, assessing targeted activities and driving higher levels of customer experience in everything we do.

Most recently, in January 2021, Stinner took on the role of Division Head Cloud Solutions at Vectron Systems AG. In this role, they are responsible for the implementation of a global target operating model for a fintech company (German blue chip).
