Peshko Mohtadi has a diverse work experience history. In 2013, they worked as a Trainee at Regeringskansliet, Socialdepartementet. In the same year, they also served as an Election Officer at the Election Authority of Sweden. In 2014, they continued their role as an Election Officer at the Election Authority of Sweden and also worked as an Election Teller at Länsstyrelsen Stockholm.

In 2016, Peshko Mohtadi became a Mentor at Vårljus, a position they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Political Risk Consultant at T&S Consulting.

In 2018, Peshko Mohtadi joined Nuuka Solutions as a Project Worker. Peshko subsequently moved up to the position of Project Engineer in 2019 and later became a Project Manager at the company.

Peshko Mohtadi began their education in 2007 at the University of Nottingham, where they pursued a degree in International Relations and Global Issues. Peshko successfully completed this program in 2011, earning an MSci Hons degree. In addition to their studies at Nottingham, Peshko participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at the University of Vienna in 2008 and 2009, focusing on International Law. Later, in 2015 and 2016, they attended Lund University School of Economics and Management, where they obtained a Master in Management degree. Additionally, Peshko acquired certification in Global Issues from Universitas 21 in September 2007.
