Jennifer Melchor

Jennifer Melchor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jennifer started their professional journey as a student at the University of California, Riverside from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they gained valuable academic knowledge and skills.

In 2013, Jennifer worked as a Research Assistant at the UCR Department of Psychology. Jennifer'sresponsibilities included conducting experiments, tracking research participants, and performing necessary follow-up tasks.

Later in 2013, they joined ABA BEARS as a Lead Behavior Therapist. In this role, Jennifer provided direct treatment to children diagnosed with ASD and collaborated with parents and school staff officials. Jennifer designed, implemented, and monitored Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs and also trained team members and served as a liaison between staff, parents, and school officials. Jennifer left ABA BEARS in May 2018.

In 2014, Jennifer joined Orange Bowtie Productions as a Videographer. Jennifer was responsible for creating and managing content for social media platforms, managing the company website and online photo/video archives, as well as coordinating, managing, and showcasing at trade shows and expos.

In 2018, Jennifer joined Patagonia as a Retail Team Lead, Training and Development Coordinator, and Social Media specialist. Jennifer'srole focused on maintaining an environment that promotes employee learning and coaching in customer service. Jennifer also maintained store standards, identified daily priorities, and delegated necessary tasks. Additionally, they facilitated and encouraged environmental activism among team members.

Jennifer'smost recent work experience began in 2020 at Nuun Hydration, where they serve as a Brand Ambassador. Jennifer'sresponsibilities include executing product demos in retail and events spaces, educating consumers about company products, and upholding brand standards for direct consumer interaction and appearance.

Overall, Jennifer's work experience showcases their skills in training and development, customer service, content creation, coordination, and research.

Jennifer Melchor graduated from Upland High School in 2009, earning a Diploma. Jennifer then went on to attend the University of California, Riverside from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In addition to their education, Jennifer has also obtained several certifications including the Environmental Health Specialist Letter of Eligibility from the California Department of Public Health, BLS (CPR for Healthcare) Certification, and ServSafe Certified certification from ServSafe Certified.
