Nik Joshi is currently working as the Director of Operations at Nuva Smile, overseeing the hiring of staff and providing training for multiple dental offices. Previously, Nik worked as a Business Development Consultant at SAVAN TOOLS & ANCILLARIES PVT LTD and as a Continuous Improvement Manager at For All Children & Adult Dentistry PA, where they implemented lean and six sigma techniques to optimize productivity. Nik also volunteered as a Global Guide at One To World and worked as a Project Manager at The Green Labs. With a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management, Nik has a background in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering.
