Rich Dowd

Rich Dowd currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Nuvalaw, starting in June 2023, where the focus is on providing a neutral settlement platform for resolving injury claims. In addition, Dowd is an Insurance Consultant at Suite 200 Solutions since February 2022, offering advisory services related to software implementation, market risk assessments, and claims management. Previous roles include Vice President of Risk Management at ATRMS, Regional Claims Vice President at Atlas Financial Holdings, and Claims Vice President at Global Liberty Insurance Company, all of which contributed to extensive expertise in claims operations and management. Dowd began a career in the insurance industry at Progressive Insurance, progressing from Claim Representative Trainee to Regional Manager over nearly two decades. Dowd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from St. John's University and completed secondary education at Archbishop Stepinac.
