Jean Bernard Yung Hing Hin

Jean Bernard Yung Hing Hin has worked in the technology industry since 2011. Jean Bernard began their career as a Software Developer at Research In Motion before moving on to become a Product Developer at Christie Digital Systems. In 2013, they joined Pivotal Labs as an Agile Engineer, and then moved on to become a Senior Software Engineer at Kinetic Cafe and Wattpad in 2014 and 2015, respectively. In 2015, they also Co-Founded and became the Director of Engineering at TribalScale. In 2018, they became a Student Mentor at The Knowledge Society (TKS), and in 2019 they were a Student Mentor at Apple and an Engineering & Product at Ground News (backed by Facebook, Techstars). Currently, they are the Principal Director of Engineering | Canadian Lead at Nuvalence.

Jean Bernard Yung Hing Hin attended the University of Toronto from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a B.A.Sc in Engineering Science.
