Sandy Kern

Sandy Kern currently serves as the Director of Patient Care Services-Home Care Administration at Nuvance Health, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Sandy held two director roles at HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley, overseeing home care from April 2018 to April 2022 and emergency services prior to that at Mid Hudson Regional Hospital from November 2016 to April 2018. Sandy's extensive experience includes serving as the ED Clinical Coordinator at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, managing a busy emergency department with 70,000 annual visits, and roles ranging from Clinical Operations Manager at Community Hospice to Travel RN at Medical Staffing Network. Sandy's nursing career began at Benedictine Hospital in 1988 and includes various positions in critical care, oncology, and imaging. Education was pursued at Kaplan University from 2012 to 2014.
