Jennifer Kosharek

Jennifer Kosharek is the Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Nuvectra. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Nuvectra from January 2016 to June 2020. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing and approving journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis for five direct reports and twelve indirect reports. Jennifer also provided technical accounting guidance regarding capitalization of software development and other costs, revenue recognition, and adequacy of accounts receivable reserves. Additionally, they managed accounting for forty-five Latin America and Asia Pacific entities and ensured compliance with local filing requirements.

Before joining Nuvectra, Jennifer was the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Secretary at Interphase Corporation from April 2011 to September 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the company. Jennifer also oversaw the accounting, treasury, and tax functions of the company.

Prior to Interphase Corporation, Jennifer was the Accounting Manager - Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable and International Accounting at Sabre Holdings from October 2008 to March 2011. In this role, they were responsible for managing the fixed assets, accounts receivable, and international accounting functions of the company.

Jennifer Kosharek began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Jennifer then went on to earn a Master's of Professional Accountancy from the same school. Finally, they obtained certification from the State of Texas as a Certified Public Accountant.
