Jason J. Acosta

Jason J. Acosta is a seasoned professional in asset management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Director and US Head of Asset Management at Nuveen, a TIAA company, Jason leads RE Impact Investing initiatives for a portfolio exceeding $7 billion across 27 states. Prior to this role, Jason was the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at the Foundation for Affordable Housing, overseeing a diverse portfolio with 240 assets and over 90 joint ventures. Jason has held key positions in various organizations, including National Community Renaissance, Sentinel Real Estate, and the Philadelphia Housing Authority, where responsibilities encompassed asset management, financial performance monitoring, and operational oversight. Jason's educational background includes an Executive Master's in Urban Policy, Leadership, and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, as well as multiple certifications in real estate finance and management.
