Maxim Zaritsky

Maxim Zaritsky is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and solution architecture. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Lead Solution Architecture Manager at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since October 2021, Maxim drives technological innovations within the organization. In addition, Maxim holds the position of Part-Time Chief Technology Officer at NovHut, focusing on technology strategy for an EMR/EHR startup while ensuring compliance with HIPAA/HITECH regulations. Previous roles include Senior Director of Software Engineering at Broadridge, where responsibilities encompassed the maintenance and modernization of the ProxyEdge application suite, and Director of Web Development at FIS, overseeing a global development team. Maxim earned a PhD in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Czech Technical University in Prague and a Master's degree in Physics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
