Nikhil Sadrani

Nikhil Sadrani is currently serving as the AVP Automation Technical Lead at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nikhil held the position of Senior Manager at Cognizant from June 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included business case preparation and project management. Nikhil also worked as an RPA Specialist at Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC for a brief period in early 2021, focusing on business case preparation and business process improvement. Earlier experience includes managing RPA initiatives at Capgemini from October 2016 to December 2020, and serving as an Analyst Developer at Barclays from January 2015 to October 2016, handling user migration and application configuration. Nikhil holds a Master of Technology degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Science degree in IT from Pillais College Of Art's Commerce and Science.
