Shirley Tran

Shirley Tran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international operations and business management, currently serving as the International COO and Global Business Management/Planning at Nuveen since September 2014. Tran holds multiple leadership positions, including SMF3 and Board Member roles at Glennmont Asset Management Limited and Nuveen Investment Management International Limited, as well as previous operational leadership roles across APAC, EMEA, the UK, and Europe. Prior to Nuveen, Tran worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate and intern, and spent several years at Macquarie Group in various risk management roles. Tran's educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD and dual degrees in Commerce (Finance) and Laws from UNSW. Additionally, Tran contributed as a mentor and Summer Programs Director at Minds Matter and held analyst positions at APRA and ING.
