Stefan Wundrak

Stefan Wundrak currently serves as the Head of Research for Europe at Nuveen since January 2019, leading a team of six international researchers across various real estate sectors and participating as a voting member of the Investment Committee and the Senior Leadership Team. Previously, Stefan held the position of Head of European Research at TIAA Henderson Real Estate from April 2014 to December 2018, overseeing an international research team, engaging in capital raising, and advising clients on investment strategies. Prior roles include Director of Research for Property Europe at Henderson Global Investors, focusing on strategic research and institutional investor advisory, and real estate market analyst positions at Oppenheim Immobilien KAG and Real Estate Advisory Group HypoVereinsbank New York. Stefan holds a Diplom Volkswirt (Master of Economics) from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and has studied at the University of Zurich.
