Jigna Shah

Jigna Shah has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare industry. Jigna started their career as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at CVS Caremark Corporation in 2005 and later joined Walgreens in a similar role. At Walgreens, they resolved customer issues, assisted patients, and tracked medication availability.

In 2011, Jigna became a Pharmacy Analyst at SCIO Health Analytics®. Their responsibilities included reviewing prescriptions for discrepancies, preparing audit reports, ensuring pharmacy compliance with regulations, and traveling extensively for audits.

Jigna then moved on to work as a Medicare Part D Compliance Analyst at HEALTHSUNS AND HEALTHPLANS in 2013. Later that year, they joined Pharmacy Healthcare Solutions as a Pharmacy Consultant/Analyst. In this role, they managed client inventory replenishment, analyzed and trended client data, provided training on 340b software, and maintained the 340b software database.

Jigna continued their career as a Customer Success Manager at Sentry Data Systems from 2016 to 2018. In this position, they ensured customer satisfaction and success with the company's healthcare data solutions.

In 2018, Jigna joined Ponaman Healthcare Consulting as a Senior Consultant. Jigna worked in this role until 2019, providing consulting services in the healthcare industry.

Most recently, in 2019, Jigna became the Director of Audits and Compliance at Nuvem. Their current role entails overseeing audits and compliance activities for the company.

Jigna Shah attended Nova Southeastern University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General. Additionally, in January 2020, they obtained the Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate from Apexus LLC.
