Izabela MacIel

Izabela Maciel serves as the People Partner Manager for LATAM at Nuvemshop since August 2020. Prior to this role, Izabela held various positions at Hotmart from May 2015 to August 2020, including HR Business Analyst, Senior HRBP in Tech, and HR Analyst. Izabela’s experience in human resources began at ERG Engenharia, where roles included HR Analyst and HR Intern from 2012 to 2015. Early career experience included an HR internship at RH Consultoria Júnior - UFMG in 2010. Izabela holds a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and has furthered education in the same field at Universidade do Minho, along with advanced English training from Embassy School of London.
