Poonam Dobriyal

Poonam Dobriyal has a significant amount of experience in human resources. Poonam currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Nuvento Inc, a role they assumed in June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the AVP - Human Resources at the same company from June 2021 to June 2023. Before joining Nuvento Inc, Poonam worked at Oottru Technologies Private Ltd as the Senior Human Resources | Head HR, starting in June 2018 and continuing until the present. Poonam also has experience as the Head of Human Resources at GyanSys Inc. from September 2014 to 2017, and as the Human Resources Manager at Abiba Systems Pvt Ltd., Bangalore from April 2013 to 2014. Their career in human resources began as the HR Manager at GRV TRINITY from April 2011 to 2013.

Poonam Dobriyal obtained a Certificate in People Analytics from The Lauder Institute - University of Pennsylvania in 2020. Poonam also holds a Diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Society of Training and Development. Additionally, Poonam has an MBA in Human Resource from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration.
