Kate Moore

Dr. Kate Moore is a Program Management (PM) expert with nearly 5 years of experience managing multiple client programs and types of projects in the drug development spectrum. Programs include but are not limited to, clinical pharmacology strategy, clinical and nonclinical PK analysis (preliminary and final), clinical operations, population PK modeling, and regulatory writing (INDs, dose rationale, briefing documents, study protocols, gap analyses, etc.). Additional company-based experiences involve development of new processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness including: authoring points to consider, creating program management training and standards, establishing company-wide processes and supporting the career development pathways for 14+ individuals in the program management group.
