Nicole Wenger

Nicole Wenger has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Their most recent position was as an Account Executive at Nuvitek, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Salesforce from August 2021 to March 2023, where they held several roles including Senior Business Development Executive, Business Development Executive, and Business Development Representative. During their time at Salesforce, Nicole was responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales metrics. Nicole received multiple promotions within 6 months due to their sales achievement, leadership qualities, and collaboration skills.

Before joining Salesforce, Nicole worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Keystone Group from March 2020 to July 2021, where they administered and managed onboarding and offboarding processes, implemented a new performance review process, and reduced data processing time. Nicole also gained experience as a Professor's Assistant at Indiana University Bloomington from August 2018 to January 2020, and as a Competitive Cheer Coach at Royalty Elite from May 2018 to January 2020.

Nicole also had internships at IU Health Foundation as an HCM ERP System Services Intern from May 2019 to August 2019, and at Keystone Construction & Realty as a Human Resources Summer Intern in May and June 2018. In these internships, they gained experience in talent sourcing, interviewing candidates, and enrolling new employees into payroll systems.

Additionally, Nicole worked as a Summer Nanny for the Miller Family from May 2012 to August 2018.

Nicole Wenger received their bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Nicole specialized in the field of Human Resources Management during their time at the university.

Additionally, Nicole obtained a certification as a Trained Mentor from Mentor Collective in September 2022.
