Shomik Kumar Mukerjee

Shomik Kumar Mukerjee has over two decades of diverse work experience. Shomik Kumar began their career as a Management Trainee at PwC India in 1996. Shomik Kumar then moved on to roles in customer service at Jet Airways and Apeejay Surrendra Group before transitioning into telecommunications at Hutchison Essar Telecom Ltd. Following this, they held positions at Tata Communications, IOL Net Com Ltd, Videocon Telecommunications Ltd, and Lafarge Cement, a.s. Shomik Kumar currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Business Development East at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd., and also holds the role of Head of Marketing and Business Development at Double Bull Cement. Throughout their career, Shomik has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in various industries.

Shomik Kumar Mukerjee began their education at St. Xaviers Collegiate School from 1983 to 1993, where they completed their ICSE. Shomik Kumar then went on to St.Xavier's College Kolkata from 1994 to 1995 for their Higher Secondary in Commerce, followed by St. Xavier's College, Kolkata from 1996 to 1999 for a B.COM (Hons) in Business/Commerce. Finally, they attended the Indian Institute Of Social Welfare and Business Management from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a PGDTLM in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
