Lilia Kezim Taleb

Lilia Kezim Taleb has extensive work experience in the customer success field. Lilia has held various roles at different companies, including Nuvolo, endpoint Clinical, and TraceLink. At Nuvolo, Lilia is currently the Director of Customer Success, and they previously served as the Manager of Customer Success. At endpoint Clinical, they were the Customer Success Operations Manager. During their time at TraceLink, Lilia held different positions, including Manager of Customer Success Manager, Team lead of Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager. Before transitioning to the customer success field, Lilia worked as the General Manager at Eurl Plastic. Lilia also gained experience as a Technical Recruiter at John Galt Staffing, where they recruited and placed candidates for various contract positions.
